Training Exp: Around 3 years with a variety of cardio (treadmill, cycling and swimming) been lifting weights around 8-9mnths. Keep changing from one thing to another. Nothing like having a bit of change nowadays!! hehe
Diet; Tend to eat every 2 hours roughly being;
Breakfast - Cereal, yogurt & small snack bars (go ahead diet ones)
Lunch - Tuna, chicken, steak, turkey, salmon or cod which ever the mother puts in!
Dinner - same again as above just different as lunch.
Goal - want to get bigger but not bulky if that makes sense?
