HIT as always been the basic foundation of my training weather I am on cycle or off cycle.
It would appear its been working for you. It looks like you have been lifting for many years, how long ago did you start HIT and how did you discover it?
check out some of mike mentzer's old hit routines the 4 day 2 way split (great vid on youtube of this) or the heavy duty one routine. any of these can be tweaked to your own lifts. but for bulk i like to get in, hit it hard and get out just as fast. 45min - no more than a hour is great for me.
