I have been training for a couple of years and feel that I'm now ready to step up the mark and do my first AAS cycle. My goal is to bulk up further as I have a very fast metabolism and have still not managed to cross the 200 pound mark. In your experience, do you think that I can achieve greater gains by increasing my protein intake to 300 grams per day? I'm now eating approximately 220 grams per day.
I know that conventional wisdom says that the body can only metabolise a limited amount of protein a day but what if you taking anabolic steroids, do the same rules still apply?
