    just a thought

    I'm on my 7th week of test e 500 a week..
    just wondering how about weeks 8 and 9 I'll use sustanon 500 a week... then week 10 back to test e. I know it's not the best idea... just wanna here your opinions... what does everybody think?...

    I would just keep it simple and stay with the test e. This is your first cycle right?

    The reason I say that above is because you could get sides from the sust and if you're not getting sides with the test e then why chance it.

    only gain 7lbs... but i know it's pure and clean muscle... hehe! I added more calories on my diet recently and add 1 more meal before sleeping... I'm getting thick...

    Are you someone who wakes up in the middle of the night at all? I always have been but now when I wake up I eat also. Only a banana, some yogurt or something light but I think it helps.

    I can't see any benefit in swaping test's for 2 weeks of the cycle, if anything your going to cause yourself unstable blood levels due to the test blend. I would stick with the designed cycle.

    Always adjust your diet as you increase the weight, if you dont you will lose your gains after you come off the cycle, always adjust the claories to suit the new found muscle tissue.

    Some people may not think 7 lbs is much but I know from following your dedication as you say and I believe you 100% that's it's solid muscle and Im sure you will keep it all.

    100x better than someone who had gained 20+ lbs and 10 lbs of it is water weight. Im sure you will be happy with your results and don't forget, you will still be gaining after your cycle is over due to the long esters.

    Thanks bro.... I'm really focusing on my diet... i know it's not perfect but still it's working fine...

    I think it would help if you lifted real weights and stopped using your kids for dumbbells.
