I am 37 years old 6' tall 172 pounds. My Bf is around 12%. I am looking to add about 10-15 pounds of muscle. I am leaning towards HGH to start and maybe stack after 30 days or so. Been reading lots of posts and most are really helpful. I have working out for about 1 year very consistant and put on 20 pounds all natural just whey shakes and diet but now seem to be stuck around 170 for the last 4 months and just can't seem to break the barrier and it is a little frustrating. Any feedback on the type of plan that would be a good start for me. I would like to start small and work from there.
