Hi guys, I've been training for a few months now. But I haven't got a decent routine sorted.
Just to be clear, I've adjusted my diet appropriately. I've put on 6kg recently. Yes, I used to only weigh 59 kg.. I'm one skinny MoFo.
But, I've got access to some gym equipment and I'd love it if somebody could knock together a decent training routine for me. I've basically been going in Monday Wednesday Friday. I should probably do more. I've been breaking it into chest, legs and back. However, I'm not happy with what I'm doing.
It'd be awesome if somebody could say, "Right Skinny Dude, you're gonna do this, or I'm going to kick the crap out of you". And then list a routine for me.
I'm pretty sure with all the experience you guys have, it wouldn't take you long.
