Ok. Ive been using the DC routine for about a year now. 8 weeks hard, 2 lighter. Have made some great gains but i want to try to switch things up alittle. I was thinking of something similar to DC but using 3 different routines to confuse my body and hopefuly spur some new growth.
Ex:
week 1-8: DC training like normal.
week 9-17: Olympic lifts (power clean, push press, etc.) with bi, calf, and back thrown in with it. Then,
week 18-22: lighter lifting 60-70%???? concentrating on good squeeze, tempo, and pump.
So what do you guys think? Any input would be cool. The olympic part is the biggest ? since i have never used it in a BBing sense. I was thinking it would help to increas strength and overall explosive power.
