    tuna = bloat

    Ok, I've heard too much sodium causes bloat. Should tuna be limited while on cycle due to sodium?

    Just make sure you're drinking lots of water. I wouldn't worry too much.

    I know people that rinse the tuna in water before eating to help reduce sodium. I don't eat tuna.

    I eat my tuna and salmon raw (sashimi), 3 times a week, but always rinse it. Regardless, you need to increase water intake. I always get bloated first 4 weeks of the cycle and then it goes away.

    Rinse the tuna out like everyone is saying and that solves almost all of the bloat issues....
