I've been on 400mg of test c for 3 weeks now and have already gained 6 lbs. This is great. I'm currently taking in ~4000 calories a day over 6 meals. I'm keeping my pro/carb/fat at 40/40/20. Even using pro powder supplements 3x/day and snacking on meal bars its hard to get enogh protein. Any tips on other ways to get more protein in?
