    Question Vets, check this first cycle and tell me if it's a go!

    Test Prop 75mg eod for 12 weeks
    Equipose 200mg 2x a week for 12 weeks
    Anavar 70mg ed for 7 weeks

    nolva/clomid pct

    Do I need HCG for this? And just in general, how does this look as a first cycle?

    thanks in advance and if you need some stats going into it, let me know

    i'm not a vet, but from what I've read on here you should probably try and use only 1 AS for your first cycle to identify how your body reacts to it. If u try 3 at the same time and have a side effect, u wont know which is causing it.

    I'm about to turn 30. I've been lifting off and on since I was 20, but the last 3 years I've been in the gym 5 days a week and reading every bit of information I can get my hands on. I've got a solid routine and diet but it's hard for me to put on weight even when I'm getting 4,000 calories a day.
    I'm 5'8" 165lbs
    28" waist
    42" chest
    17" arms
    those are the only measurements I'm sure of as of now

    As far as lifts go, I never max out 1 rep, but here's an idea:
    bench 250x5
    squat 250x10
    stiff legged deads 250x10(I never do plain old dead and I should)
    I won't go into all the other lifts, cause that probably gives you an idea. I do realize that my legs are lacking and that's a mistake from the past that I'm busting my ass to rectify. I wish I wasn't an upper body idiot in my younger days.

    As far as the three different AS's goes.. This might be dumb but I figured since anavar and equipose seem to be mild in general, that maybe it'd be ok and I'd get more bang out of the first cycle since some seem to think the first one is the golden ticket, but that theory may be ridiculous.. That's why I'm asking

    Anybody? I know this thread isn't nearly as exciting as the one with the idiot ranting about fishing for roids online but any advice would be appreciated.

    If your not adding weight with your current macros, INCREASE THEM. Do not results in drugs.

    Your 165lbs. Very light even for your height. Eat more. Plain and simple.

    I would sort your diet first.
    I would drop the EQ, I don't care for EQ anyway but if I were going to use it, the dose would be 600mg/week minimum.

    Forget the eq and var, at least for first cycle. And 75mg EOD..262mg/wk of test? Try to double that

    I do realize that 165 is light. I've just got a small frame and putting on weight is difficult. When I do go above 4,000 calories a day, I tend to see my bodyfat go up without much muscle. I get no empty calories from my diet; lean meats, brown rice, oats, whey, fibrous veggies, etc.. I write down everything and dial in my MACRO. I guess the question I'm asking is this, am I at a point where my hormones won't support the muscle I'm trying to add on? Or am I wrong, and I just need to bulk bulk bulk, like 6000 calories/600 carbs a day type deal?

    OK, so 75/ed and run it for 12 weeks or should I go shorter with Prop? like 8?

    It's just hard to fathom you've been consistently training for 3 years straight/5 days a week and you've haven't even broken 165lbs given your diet was "spot on".

    Take the vets advice and cycle if you want....

    But IMO, you can put on more weight with the right foods. Then cycle @ a heavier weight and see better results. Good luck.

    wouldn't be a bad idea to list the diet in the diet section and let the gurus tweak it if need be.

    "Spot On" according to what I've read. Nobody is the same and I might fit into the "hardgainer" category. I started at 140lbs and seem to have plateaued in the past year. I've constantly got protein and carbs around 300 grams a day. I appreciate all advice and in no way want to seem like a know it all, that's the reason I'm posting is to get advice.

    Sounds like you've taken offense into my opinion on you starting Steroids. The vets here gave you advice, take it. I'm sure it's what you wanted to hear.

    With my experience, I believe there is no true "hardgainer". Just people that still haven't found the right diet that suits them yet.

    You got your advice on the drugs. I'll leave you with a simple good luck and I hope you enjoy your cycle.

    No man,, I am not offended at all, and don't mean to come off like that. I'm going to post my diet and if I can continue to naturally get results then I'm absolutely going to do that. I take your advice with gratitude.
