I posted as a new member a few weeks ago in the main Q&A section and thought I'd add to this one.
I'm 31 and 6'3" 190 lbs.
Training for 15 years for basketball and then for fun.
Recently started my first cycle of Test C at 400 mg/wk for 10 weeks.
After 3 weeks I'm now up 6 lbs.
My goal is to gain and keep 15-20 lbs. Currenlty eating 4000 cal w/ a 40/20/20 split of pro/car/fat. Its ridiculously hard to get this much protein!
