Okay long story short:
I have a pulled muscle in my forearm, happened about a week ago. No swelling, no general pain, but when I use the arm to lift something there is a very noticeable pain in an isolated muscle in my forearm.
I have been lifting with it same as usual the last week, and I don't notice any grip deficiencies but it does hurt after the work out and gets fairly tight.
Any potential damage I can do by continuing to lift heavy? I mean its not killing me, and I don't feel like not lifting, its just a minor nuisance but I don't want it to turn into anything more.
Power through?
