2nd Cycle Need Help with Dosing Test E/Masteron/Var

    Hello All ,

This will be my 2nd cycle and Im wanting to start a stack.

Just some info to start off with Im 27 years old , 5'10" , 170 , 14% BF

Diet is beyond perfect. Also taking NO , Creatine , BCAA , Mutli , Protein.

For my first cycle I ran Test E 250 at just 250mg a week and was able to put on 20 pounds.

For my sencond cycle Im wanting to cut up. Along with changing my workout routine to a high intensity workout with an hour of walking or cycling after every workout.

I am wanting to run Test E 250 @ 500mg a week and Im wanting to stack it with Masteron E and Anavar. Ive been reading forums for 3 months now and everyone seems to have a different opinion on how to run Masteron as well as Anavar. I was going to run the Masteron the whole 12 weeks of the cycle and start on the Anavar about week 7.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Masteron will be pointless for you, its a drug used for contest prep to harden and give a granite appearance to the muscles.

You need to work on your diet, by your own admission your diet isnt perfect and it needs to be especially if your wanting to cut.

If you have put on 20lbs from your first cycle and now you are 170lbs, that means you was 150lbs, either way you need to work on your diet because you wont be able to maintain this weight if your diet is off, you also need far more of a natural base, food is the key to size and cutting dont be blinded by steroids.

Head over to the diet section and read the stickies,

    best of luck

So would a better stack be D-Bol for the first 4 weeks and then Var starting on week 6 ??? Im pretty sure just doubling the dose of Test is going to help significantly...but Ive read alot about stacking Mast or Prim with Test and how it will give me a hard/shredded look. I may be mistaken dont get me wrong. I know the Var is used for fat loss but I dont want to stack Tren or Deca with the Test as they both have severe sides...thats why I was aiming more towards mast/prim

A perfect diet does not equal 5'10" 170 at 14 % bf. You would be wasting your money on another cycle if you did not learn to diet properly.

cardio and diet are used for fat loss

Thats not a perfect diet if you are only 170 after cycling bro. And the fact that you ask if adding dbol will help in your cutting cycle shows you knowledge is limited. No point running mast and var is very expensive. I know you want to hear which gear to take to magincally drop fat, but its all diet and your "perfect" diet is currenly holding you @ 14% which is even borderline high for cycling. Go to the diet section and post it in there, see how far off you may be before starting a cycle.

Sorry guys...didnt mean to sound stupid...Im not necessarily wanting a straight cutting cycle...I know diet and cardio are basically 85% when it comes to fat loss...Im not looking for a cycle to cut up..Im wanting a lean cycle....I know Dbol and Test will add water weight and Ive read that by stacking Mast with the test that it will help eliminate alot of water retention and help combat the negative side affects of the other AS...And I could be completely wrong on my BF %...that was a complete guess and mistake on my part...I could be alot lower...I feel in my mind that its high..but in actuality it could be between 8-12 %...Im pretty thin as it is...Once again Im not looking for a cycle to lean out but more to harden up and as I increase my cardio the fat will fly off.

I dont think you understand what we are saying, you need to work on your body in a natural state, it doesnt need any anabolics of any kind the reason is your stats are very weak, you can do alot more naturally and lean up, increase mass, decrease bf and build muscle tissue you just got to learn how to do this via diet.

No matter what you achieve with syteroids you wont be abale to hold onto it because your diet is weak and wont maintain anything from your cycles, it isnt enough support you natural weight, so first thing you need to do is learn about foods and what they can do to you, go down to the diet section and post your daily diet and ask for help in re-designing it so you can achieve your goals, best of luck

probably the fact that you are 5'10" and weigh 170 lbs after a cycle.....if you had accomplished that natty then your stats wouldent be too bad....

No offense bro but 5'10" 170lbs 14% is not very good especially considering you have already cycled. I think these guys are trying to tell you that you need to focus on natural training and diet for at least a year before you mess with steroids. That way in a year when you are ready you will get far better results.

Marcus is summing this up for you.

Your diet is not as bad as some I have seen.

It needs help, and I say this because of your weight now, even after a cycle.

Muscles need alot of protien and food to build and keep it.

    OK?

    Best

In my opinion, your diet is nice and clean. However, where the problem lies is in the results. If you have only gained up to 170lbs and you have done a cycle already, then maybe that diet isnt enough calories to allow your body to grow. Your protein intake looked pretty good, but at 5'10" and 170, your probably on the skinny side. Id say your not getting near enough carbs or good fats in your diet and if your bodyfat is still that high on that diet, there are some missing variables. Maybe you eat like that 70% of the time and the rest you fall off and eat junk which throws your bodyfat up for your size. I think you need to add up all your calories, protein, fat, and carbs, and see exactly what you are eating. I think you will find that you are far undereating for what your body needs to grow. And as far as eating as good as the pro's.....yes that diet was similar to what they eat, but they eat 3 times the quantities on every meal. So bump up your food intake. Good quality carbs!! lots of them. Train hard!!! REST HARD!!! and you should see a big difference in how you grow. Then you can take it to the next level with your next cycle.
