Hey!
I'm interested in building some strenght now before I will start my 3rd cycle in 5-6 weeks.
I've been looking at some different 5x5 programs, and interested in trying one of these. Been looking at MadCos's, stronglifts and the Texas Method.
All of these programs has 3 days a week. What I'm interested in is a 5x5 verion, where there is more work out days a week? Any suggestions to a program?
I have all the time in the world and want a optimal program for theses 5-6 weeks.
