    Work out-routine

    iv been lurking around the site and i don't think i spotted anyone with one muscle per day schedule

    this is what my workout schedule looks like

    Sat : Chest
    Sun : Back
    Mon : Shoulders
    Tues:Legs
    Wends : OFF
    Thursday: BI-TRI
    Friday: OFF


    is there anything wrong with that ?

    id say most people do sumat like that, i would put larger muscles after a day of rest, legs and back
