First Cycle Plan - Test E / Tbol

Hi, Im new to these boards and would really appreciate some feedback on my proposed first cycle. I have done alot of reading, but obviously am not an expert, so there may be a few things that need tweaking.

    current stats:
age: 21 (dedicated training/nutrition since for 4.5 yrs)
    height: 6'0
    weight: 225lbs
    bodyfat: 18%

    1RM lifts:
    deadlift: 475lbs
    squat: 380lbs
    bench: 315lbs

    Here is the cycle/pct:

    Testosterone enthanate 500mg/wk (250 mon/thurs) wks 1-12
oral tbol 50mg ED wks 1-4
    arimidex 0.25mg ED wks 1-12
    hcg 500iu /wk (250iu mon/thurs) wks 3-12
    Nolva 40/20/20/20 wks 15-18

I am debating whether to use an AI during pct and have heard good things about aromasin at 25mg EOD during pct.

All advice and critique would be most welcome and I hope I have provided sufficient info to avoid being flamed!

you're too young and your body fat is too high.

The general consensus is around age 25 and 12% BF before using. You still have a developing endocrine system, and shutting it down in primary development is a bad idea. The risks of impotency would be much higher for you later in life, not to mention the other risks you will take on.

Personally, I would hit the diet forum and work on leaning up a bit more. With that much size on a 6 ft frame, you definately have the potential to be a big ****er... but you won't be doing yourself any good by using with a high BF %.

thanks for the advice, I was concerned about that too but have heard so many others start at a younger age than me.

I have had a bicep problem that has hampered my training (especially back workouts) for the last 12months. I have had an ultrasound and mri scan with all results clear so was hoping the test would aid the injury repair (I can train around it).

I had looked into deca for its water retention/increase in collagen production, but felt that a test cycle could help and would enable me to see how I respond to test for future knowledge.

Is this a straight up no the cycle, as I will respect what you guys say, I just feel that I have had a stagnant year of training and have plateued dramatically. However, I do not want to put my future health at risk.

Your to young to consider steroids, at your age you have a very high amount of testosterone floating around what will give you great gains if you had a solid diet running along side of it, dont shut down your own system when your still growing wait till your 24-25yrs IMHO, best of luck

I have had excellent nutrition for the past 3-4 years, eating ever 2-2.5 hours, consuming 200-300g protein/day, healthy fats, plenty of complex carbohydrates and minimal junk.

I have also had blood tests taken 2 years ago and as recent as last week, my natural testosterone level has not changed from 15.9 nmol/L.

This is low-medium level if Im not mistaken, surely the consistency of my hormone panels concludes that the vast majority of development has taken place.

Please could you elaborate further, given the stability of my hormone levels, and stagnation of training, despite excellent nutrition/training/rest protocol.

    many thanks
