    stuck at 170

    im 22, 5'6", hover around 170, at 11-12% bf.

training has been pretty good. im doing the pendulum bodybuilding that is posted in the workout section with some altercations. so i train between 3-4 times a week. im recovering well and gotten the hang of manipulating the percentages so i progressively make gains with the weight that i lift.

im also not doing any cardio. im usually in and out of the gym within 90 min.

my main question is this: do you guys every feel nauseated by the amount of food that one must consume in order to bulk? i seem to be stuck at 170 and it has been that way for a little over a month. im able to eat every 1 to 2 hours. i seriously feel a consistent pukey sensation in my stomach all day. i haven't been hungry for months. and it feels like liquid hell is in me on leg days (really hard not to puke on these training days).

my macros are in check. im going a little over 500 cal. of maintainance. is it normal to be so damn full all the time? just wondering if it is and if usually takes this long to put on weight. any ideas or comments?

    thank you guys.

Yup, that is all in the game. When you are cutting you are hungry and wish you were bulking. And when you are bulking you are so full you wish you were cutting.

If you are that "damn full" and not gaining weight then you need to go to less dense food sources. Add a tablespoon olive oil to a protein shake. Try it out for a week. Keep adding one of these shakes till you are putting on weight. Post your diet btw and i might be able to help you with taking out some of the more dense foods and putting in stuff that is less filling with higher calories.

I agree with this ONLY if you are eating what you need to in real food first. Shakes are supplements, not meal replacements.
