Just finished my 50 day cycle on var... (40 mg a day)

Im just wondering... I have had no atrophy in my testicles or any side effects... should I still do a PCT or a liver cleansing??

My libido is the same as it was before (I'm 23 btw)

You should have helped yourself before by taking a proper BW and now by taking another one to compare.

Ive never used var but after doing a search for var or anvar and PCT I found a lot of information from people who have.

I'm finishing 6 weeks on Var and have my PCT lined out with Nolva and Clomid. Var is anabolic I'm not taking chances.

I would get some Nolvadex... perhaps even a bottle of Clomid.

Run a 3 week PCT. look up a typical PCT regiment from the PCT section of this site.

Start running them immediately after discontinuing the anavar.

That particular stuff works with method that shouldn't cause that kind of problems but well, i would forget atleast liver cleansings if you had good product my values never had gone much above the limits even on anadrol winstrol and methandienone taken small dosages with some minor breaks now and then few years back when bloodwork was done frequently.

Sure if you feel any doubts of your own testosterone values being lowered guess theres no harm of doing little clomifen citrate, or orher products that won't cause negative effects by stimulating the own production in "wrong way" which would be HCG. Pretty long time since i last did good research of nolvadex but that shouldn't give any adverse effect outside the cycle if you're allready good ?

Always like someone allready said you could consider doing bloodwork before and bit after when the system is clean to get the facts straight.

No support + no pct + only 40mg/day for 50 days = waste of time and $$!!!

He must have died.... I guess this means no one should be running Var only at the age of 23 or younger... Learn from this young ones

LOL, I got nice and vascular. Better definition overall. The interesting thing was that my strength/endurance seemed to increase by quite a bit. I did 10 reps dumbbell + 10 pull ups superset for 10 sets. I started at 70lb dumbbells and my last 3 sets sere 100lbs. I couldn't do that before my var cycle.
