    Calculating Time-Off

If I'm going by the standard formula of "Cycle Time + PCT = Time-Off", do I also include the time in between the last pin and beginning PCT? In other words, if I have a 10-week Test only cycle then wait 3 weeks before starting PCT for 4-weeks, is my total time-off gear 17 weeks?

    Thanks.

Better to be safe, than sorry, so yes I would include that time period while the ester is clearing,

otherwise, the best indication is blood work.
