Thread: natural training programme help !

    Arrow natural training programme help !

    who here would say training one bodypart everyday monday-friday would be better than training mon-wed-fri mixed bodyparts ?
    for instance would
    monday: bicep-tricep
    tuesday: legs
    wednesday: shoulders
    thursday: back
    friday: chest
    be a good training programme for a natural bodybuilder ?
    or would you say the 3 day split training is better ?
    like -
    monday :chest-tricep
    wednesday:back-bicep
    friday:shoulders-legs
    at the moment i am only training 3 days but have looked into increasing days.
    would you all say that the mon-fri training would be too much ?

    I do opposites,
    Mon-Chest, Bi's
    Tuesday- Shoulders
    Wednesday-Back, Tri's
    Thursday-Legs
    Friday-Work on whats lagging

    LOL The answer is both splits are right.

    Me personally I would change the split every 2 months. So do one then change to the other. Also I like to do only 1 day rest unless my body says to rest more. So in the first split the 6th day I would rest then start over. In the second example I would do shoulders on DAY 3, legs on DAY 4, rest DAY 5 then repeat

    It all depends on your stats. If you are a skinny guy then you should do 3 day split and eat a lot in between. If you are a fat guy then you should work out more often and do cardio on off days. it all depends on different factors. personally I would never use either split. Legs need their own day with one day rest if worked properly.

    Yea I change from 3day split and 5day split every 2 months to vary my exercises
