Intermediate User Needing Help

Ok so this has never happened, but i have a giant lump on my side and it gets worse when i pinned thier the last two times(ive always only rotated between glutes cause my legs die). Now lumps happen to everyone sometime but when i pinned this one the last two times(stupid i know) it bleed retardedly and i think it ethier pushed the test out or some other clear liquid. Should i wait it out or see a docter? any suggestions? oh by the way cycle is basic test e 250 mgs a shot twice a week, half way threw... i was thinking maybe bad gear? too high of a BA rating?
