Ive started training for strongman, Training for a year with a spot on diet and strongman specific training. Training with some top guys/coaches in the sport.
So far I have done it natural, but now looking for that extra edge!
My aims is Strength with lean muscle.
My Stats
Age 25
Height 5 ft 7
Weight 92kg
BF% 12-16%
Gear experience - 2 previous cycles when I was 21, sus/Deca 8 week course's, None for 3 years.
Some of the boys have recommended the following:
HGH - Size and recovery
Test - Some form of test for Strength
Dbol - Strength
My questions are:
I like the sound of the results of HGH, What Test would work well with HGH?
Can I use all 3 in 1 cycle?
What type of Test would you recommend?
The cycle I was thinking is:
Week:
1 - Test E 500mg, Dbol 20mg, Nolv 10mg/day
2 - Test E 500mg, Dbol 30mg, Nolv 10mg/day
3 - Test E 500mg, Dbol 30mg, Nolv 10mg/day
4 - Test E 500mg, Dbol 40mg, Nolv 10mg/day
5 - Test E 500mg, Dbol 30mg, Nolv 10mg/day
6 - Test E 500mg, Dbol 30mg, Nolv 10mg/day
7 - Test E 500mg , Nolv 10mg/day
8 - Test E 500mg , Nolv 10mg/day
9 - Test E 250mg , Nolv 10mg/day
10 - Test E 250mg , Nolv 10mg/day
11 - Nolv 20mg/day
12 - Nolv 20mg/day
13 - Clomid (day 1 300mg day 2-7 100mg) Nolv 20mg/day
14 - Clomid (day 1-4 100mg 5-7 50mg) Nolv 20mg/day
15 - Clomid (day 1-7 50mg)
With HGH I was was thinking about running this along size the above cycle.
Can I run this for 24 weeks as suggested in the "profile of steroids" on this forum or is this too much?
I weigh 92kg, so I was going to run 5.0ui per week for 24 weeks.
Supplements that I will be taking are:
Week 1-15 Vit B 200mg/day, Milk thistle and Alpha lipoic
Week 11-15 Triblius
Guys let me know what you think, I have done a lot of research on this but would like some advice from bodybuilders/strongmen who have done similar or have any other suggestions.
