    olive/fish/etc...oil VS regular vegetable oil?

    I know there's a huge difference in the price, but is there a big difference in the nutrition? BTW-I use oils for frying.

    There is a huge difference, however fish, extra virgin olive, flax, and most other more beneficial oils only retain their NV at room temp or cold. For frying, get some grapeseed, macadamia nut, or coconut oil. These oils will remain very healthy when heated above 400 degrees.
