1) Im trying to come off adex w/o getting the rebound will taking aromasin while tapering the adex make either of the AIs less effective or will they not effect eachother at all?

2) If I were to blast and cruise lets say 5 years, never completly coming off gear or anti-es, after 5 years of using the same AI, would that AI over time lose its effectiveness??

1) Just taper the Arimidex over 3-4 weeks. Take Tamox for a few weeks. Are you on cycle?

2) I have seen studies done on SERMs and AI's for extended peroids over 12 months and they did not increase the dose. The body will build a tolerance, it does on almsot every medication in existance, so you may need to increase the dose in the end. But, if it were me, I'd stop the AI for a break now and again, then go back to it.

How do you even know you need an AI on an HRT dose of T?
