    my first post - looking for advice

    hello, this is my first post at this forum. i am looking for advice on some sorta specific and sorta vague issues. is there a section around here where i can post a profile of myself so that others willing to help might steer me in the right direction?

    Stats consist of:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

    Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...
