Hey whats up, i just started the keto diet, and a routine two weeks ago. on monday i do my chest, tuesday-arms, wed off, thursday-back and shoulders and friday legs. I don't have any leg pics up cuz they are really shitty, and this week was the first time ive ever done anything with them. The only thing im scared of is losing size in my arms, they started at 15 3/4, now they are down to 15 1/2. They are getting pretty small, is there anything i can do? Also should i bulk up more before i cut?
