    Veggies question

Ok, so i just started my new "bulk up" diet, i new going into it that i cant stand the taste of green veggies, but i figured i would man-up and just eat them. Hah ya right, they do something to my gag reflex, even as a kid i could never eat them. Is there a supplement or substitute for greens that i could get the same nutrients out of? Anything helps, thanks.

I use Udo's "wholesome fast food". You mix in 1 tbspn. with water 1-3 times per day and it's equivalent to as many veggies as you could possibly stuff into your face even if you did like them. Less fiber of course but there's plenty of fiber supps out there. I still eat my brocolli and such but it's a good product for keto dieting and on-the-go. Get it at a health food store or Vitamin Shoppe chain.

Oh, you're in sooo much trouble. I ADORE vegetables...love them, and even thinking of any of the "greens" supplements has me gagging.

Since you're bulkings. Try using flavorful sauces or possible stirfrying your veggies in a healthy oil. If worse comes to worse, you are bulking and can use a cheese sauce.

Well nothing beats raw green veggies. I love them but if you can't stomach them just try to come up with creative ideas to get them down. As for the supps, they will not even come close to the real thing. See most are made with heat that will destroy most of the goodness of the raw veggie.
