Bloodwork after starting then stopping cycle

I just started a cycle of test cyp and tren e. I decided im going to stop after 3 shots. So far--i did 100mgs/eod of each test and tren this past week.
Since I never got bloodwork done as I didnt think it would be possible to just go to my doc i found some other sources since, I want to go have it done now and see where everything is at as if I hadnt started the shots. Then I can get a baseline and then come back. Is that possible, if I stop now, that I can get back to my base level after three 3 shots?
Do I need to do PCT at this point? or can I just stop? How long would it take me to get back to a normal baseline after this short cycle?

Please, Im asking for info, not looking to get chastised about starting and stopping, not doing my homework first (which I did a lot of) or doing tren in first cycle...

i did start .5eod arimidex too this past week.
