    How do you cycle over a year?

    I'm getting ready to being my first cycle. I've been thinking about what I want to do the rest of the year. I know that a lot depends on what happens with the first cycle. But,I want to start now and want to look good and lean through next spring and summer. I'm try just curious how others do it. What does a year cycling look like for you?

    being that you haven't cycled yet, you should focus on planning a proper first cycle, then seeing how you respond and recover. everyone is different, what I do during a year wouldn't work for you.

    im just now on my sencond cycle and im playing with the same idea. ive ran both my cycles at the start of summer and now am leaning to do the big ones more towards winter. most would say bulk in winter cut in summer. other's prob dont care. i think for us new comers we should just cycle when our schedual is the most stable and we can concontrate most on our program

    You need to play around a little to work out what works for you and what doesnt. Thats why TEST ONLY cycles are recommended for 1st cycles.

    I understand and agree. I've read sticky's and posts for over a month. I will run test only and rec'd PCT. I'm in no hurry to do more than test. As I said in my post, I want to see how that goes before I plan for the future.

    I just wanted to know what experienced people where doing. I'm not looking for personal advice on this, I just want to see what other's do.

    still on 1st cycle dude.

    But I plan running it by ear. After PCT ill see what gains ive managed to hold on to. If I can keep 1/2 of what I currently have earned then I'll be a super happy camper. So far the results are more than I bargained for (still dont look like Arnie... had that in the back of my mind..) and if I can retain some I dont plan to cycle for a while.
    If I lose a bit Ill be back here and with the drawing board... but wouldnt imagine id cycle more than 2 or 3 times a year (dont think you can with Time ON inc. pct = time off, unless youre doing super short cycles).

    But stick to mastering your first cycle. Once youve managed that then you can start it... and LATER ON CONSIDER what you want from you 2nd cycle. WALK BEFORE YOU RUN!
