ok so am looking for them abs.
i am not that high in b,f just seems to be stored around my stomach to be honest. so looking to cut as much b,f in 4 weeks as possible but without loosing muslce. ive got my hands on clenabuterol and will run that at 120mcg e,d 2 days on 2 days off.
diet goes
meal 1: 5 scrambled eggs (only use 2 egg yoaks) on 1brown toast
meal 2: chicken leg with chicken thigh hand full nuts with banana
meal 3: tin of tuna hand full of nuts with apple or nectarine
meal 4: 18g whey protein shake
meal 5: varies from day to day
meal 6: 18g whey protein shake
i am training weights 3 days a week split muscle group and training abs 3 times a week roughly 15 mins a session.
and doing 1hour intence jogging and sprinting 3 mornings a week
does this all look good to you
