hey guys im going to try a pyramid...i have read a lot of litrature and seems like different things work for different people. I have run consistant dosages all throughout i jus wanna see how it works for me. I recently finished an 8 week cycle to test out my gear
Ht: 5'7
Age: 26
Im currently 170lbs
Bf: 12 % tops
The cycle was as follows:
wk 1-4 deca 300 test 400
wk 4-8 deca 400 test 500
wk 9 test 500
wk 10 Nolva/Clomid PCT
This cycle yielded just about 14 lbs. I had a great diet and i had to eat constantly. so i guess my stuff is legit.
Anyway my goal is to gain 25 lbs SOLID on the next one...so ill prolly have to put on 30 lbs...and my cycle is going to be much stronger
Starting at test 250 and deca 200
peaking all the way up to test 1000mgs and deca at 600 mgs
Im gonna see how im doin at this point...after this point i mite just stay at this dose and no tapering...we'll see
Anyway based on my last cycle and this gear. how much would u predict i would put on keeping the diet fact good ofcourse...i was thinking of adding DBOL @30 mgs/day for weeks 1-4. Do u think i need it?
or
deca/ test will more than suffice? guess more direct question is how much more would DBOL add weight wise???
