    12 / W Bulking Diet

    Im extremely horrible with my eating habbits and I need some help putting together a decent bulking diet so it makes my first cycle worth wild, Ill name most of the things I can eat with out a problem if thats a start to creating this.

    - Almost any fruit
    - No Veggies other then normal potatoes and green beans
    - Chicken
    - Milk, Yogurt

    If anyone can put together anything out of that Id appropriate the help, As of now I believe im at around 15% bf, Ive looked at alot of before and after pictures of 10 week cycles and it none looked like a worth wild transformation, but at the same time they were all Test E / 250mg Weekly. Im shooting for Test E / 500mg Weekly or every 5 days. Im currently working on get my BF as low as possible, any help please ?

    they will need a lot more information than that and no one is just going to put it together for you without you doing the research and leg work.

    If it's handed to you it wont do you any good and you most likely wont use it. If you work for it and figure most of it out on your own you are more likely to try to put it to use.

    Post your stats.

    Next start reading the other post and find ones that are similar to your needs. Then post up what you think might work for you and let it be tweaked.
