Im extremely horrible with my eating habbits and I need some help putting together a decent bulking diet so it makes my first cycle worth wild, Ill name most of the things I can eat with out a problem if thats a start to creating this.
- Almost any fruit
- No Veggies other then normal potatoes and green beans
- Chicken
- Milk, Yogurt
If anyone can put together anything out of that Id appropriate the help, As of now I believe im at around 15% bf, Ive looked at alot of before and after pictures of 10 week cycles and it none looked like a worth wild transformation, but at the same time they were all Test E / 250mg Weekly. Im shooting for Test E / 500mg Weekly or every 5 days. Im currently working on get my BF as low as possible, any help please ?
