Hey everyone I'm looking for advice and help do drop some extra pounds keep the light muscles i do have i went from 197pounds 6 months ago to 181pounds i have never taken anything before only thing i did was stop eating fast food and stop drinking soda. So if anyone wanna throw out a diet plan for me it would be greatly appreciated, Been going to gym for about 6months now. Not sure how to post its my first time but here goes
