hey guys im 98kg at the moment how do i know how many calories i need a day to manintain my weigh not lose or gain any after working this out which im not sure what the number is mayb one of u guys can inform me how to do this lets say its 2300 cal a day what is a good increase for bulking phase eg extra 300 cal a week and mayb once i put a lil bit more size on up it again to another 300
