Hi All,
48 y/o lifter here who's been training for 30+ years. About 7 months ago while doing wide grip pull-ups my right shoulder and arm got whacked (stretched). I iced immediately and adjusted my workout. Had an MRI and no tears were indicated. Had knee surgery and took a full two months off. Came back last week and the pain is still there. Bought a book for rehabing my shoulder and have a TENS unit on there now as I type this. I'm going to the ortho again for some additional advice but definitely do not want and probably don't need surgery. I believe it could be tendosis but so what...how do I rehab the arm and shoulder?
I'm frustrated...need some guidance.
Thanks,
Nick
