So if one is cutting and is doing 2 sessions of cardio a day ie low intensity would you consume a protein shake after each? opinions suggestions?

So if one is cutting and is doing 2 sessions of cardio a day ie low intensity would you consume a protein shake after each? opinions suggestions?
I guess it depends on the rest of your diet. Generally, the protein shakes after an intense strength training workout is to help repair tissue damage and kick start the growth process. Since cardio doesn't really fall into this catagory, I would say you are OK as long as your calorie intake is in line, and your overall mix of carbs/protein/fat is balanced, then I see nothing wrong with a protein shake after.
