Hi everyone new member here I'm 22 years old 6ft tall 16 stone of fair bulk but now with a layer of fat as I've had a few months off from the gym and have slacked with diet.
I've been back on my diet of high protein low carbs with green tea and protein shakes for about a month while hitting the gym hard but no difference as of yet, I did think it would be easy gettin back into.
I've bought some sust and deca from a good source and would like to know the best cycle for my goals of losing the weight and making decent gains?
Your advice would be appreciated cheers
