I have been bodybuilding on and off for about 6 years...
I have tried everything and just nothing works,
Ive eaten like a horse, pushed past positive failure, overtrained, undertrained, recovered and slept, creatines, proteins, etc etc etc
Anyways, im sick and tired of pissing around here, so i hope to learn some stuff from you guys and get big time ripped, my goal is to gain 20lbs!
