My blood test result, shit.

I recently did some blood work, and the result was this:

Prolactin: 657 (86 - 324 mIE/L)
SHBG: 18 (11 - 52 nmol/L)
Estrogen: 0.37 (0.02 - 0.21 nmol/L)
Testosterone: 89.85 (6.73 - 31.88 nmol/L)

Obviously I've to cut down on the testosterone. 200 mg a week is way too much. Estrogen is out of range too, but that's not my main concern at the moment. This result reveals hyperprolactinaemia, and I currently don't have any doctor to support me. Anyone know if there is a correlation between testosterone and prolactin? I've anastrozole on hand to deal with estrogen, but don't know if I dare touch it again without support of a doctor. I need dostinex too. Anyone with similar experience who might share some advice?

I've been using TE/C. I think the testosterone level will be around high range in two or three weeks if I don't do any more injections in the mean time. Any opinions? I obviously need to do some more blood work by the end of this month. I've also decided to use 0.25 mg anastrozole twice a week until then. Think I need to talk to the doc about dostinex. Does anyone here have experience with the drug?

your prolactin levels may be upregulated by your high e2 levels, but i would def get an MRI on your pituitary to rule out any prolactin secreting tumours.

ask your doc about bromo,caber and prami to help.

I'm using TE, HGH, androstanolone, finasteride and anastrozole. The prolactin level is definately upregulated by the estrogen, as I've been suffering from several finasteride side effects in the past, including gynecomastia.

I just have a few thoughts here, finisteride is a dangerous drug, and not one i would ever consider to use. Are you prone to DHT issues, prostate, or male pattern baldness? This to me is not TRT but more like a beginers cycle with too many things added to the mix and needing blood work to sort out what to do to get back to normal. How much T per wk, how much HGH?

You say you have no doctor support, so how did you come to take all these things and for how long have you been taking them? What is the last complete blood work you have?

why are you on androstanolone for?

is this under doc supervision?

I'm prone to MPB, and was prescribed propecia. That's why I'm in this mess in the first place. No regrets though. I did 200 mg TE a week before the blood test, which is too much. I'm not doing any more injections before I get my result from the next blood test, and then it'll probably be 100 mg a week. I started with 1 i.u HGH a day, an regulated up to 3 i.u. a day, before I reduced it to 2, and then 1 i.u. a day - which I'm currently using. I'm going to upregulate the dose again, as soon as I feel better. HGH was added just to speed up the recovery process. Anastrozole is to lower the estrogen level, and androstanolone has mainly been used to counter gynecomastia. I didn't map the baseline values before using propecia, and I don't have a copy of the work done by the endo who refused to help me, but T level was low and E was slightly elevated. I had many symptoms of hypogonadism, and was forced to take care of things myself.

Finasteride is definately dangerous, but I believe the side effects are managable and reversible. I've come far. The problem is DHT deficiency which leads to altered testosterone/estrogen ratio (low/high) in some cases.

Yeah, I know. I actually feel better on testosterone gel, but injecting T is much easier, and I don't have to worry about transferring it to women. And regarding baldness. I sure as shit care. I can't see myself without hair, although many men look good with shaved head. I don't think I'm one of them.

There ar emuch bigger issues to look at, if hair is the only think you have to be worried about my god you are lucky!

I am on transdermal You only need it on for 3 or so hours.. I wanted to switch to t but seirously get home from work/school whatever shower and there is no risk of transfer.. Plus no ups and downs..

But i need transdermal as my SHBG is so low and if i pinned would have to be ED. and i dont want to jab myself with needles everyday.. If you feel better on gel go to gel. What you feel is all thats important.

I've had my share of problems, both physical and psychological, and hairloss on top of it all is pretty close to the end of the world for me, but obviously I've even more serious problems now. Ironic that saving your hair stops your dick from functioning, isn't it? Regarding injections, I doubt anyone on TRT jab themselves with needles everyday, unless they're using TP, and I think even that is EOD. TE/C is once or twice a week, and TU is once every third month or so? Can't beat that, but I agree that the most important thing is how you feel.

Yeah i know but i stated i need it EOD because my SHBG is low tess doesnt last in my body. Plus i have anxiety so i cant be on ups and downs, but we are all different my friend..
