You don't need accutane for light acne. If you are too worried of breaking out badly you may consider taking a low dose during your PCT to prevent it. How bad was your acne the previous time you were taking it?

Accutane is liver toxic so don't take it until the acne starts to get serious. Go to Walgreen or some other drug store and get 5% benzyl peroxide soap. Shower twice a day and keep the acne area clean. The 10% benzyl peroxide soap is stronger but it'll dry you our in a couple of weeks if you don't moisturize.

    Here you have other options:

Benzoil peroxide is the mildest treatment of all... For steroid-induced acne, I would start with things like adapalene or erythromicyn, topical forms, whether in the form of cream of solution 3 or 4 times per day and buy an anti-acneic soap for when you take a shower. If that doesn't work, you can try adding an antibiotic (tetralicines are the most prescribed, like clindamicyn)... If that still don't give you results... It's time for isotretinoin, but you've to be careful, there're some precautions you have to take while using it and bloodwork it's important to check bilirubin peroidically.

I repeat... a medication like accutane must NOT be taken lightly. Before using it, I'll have you go with a very good dermatologist.
