hello everyone.i had an accident on september and i broke my collarbone(clavicle) and had my left biceps long head tendon rupture..the bicep ruture happened 2 months after the accident but it was from the accident.i had surgery for my bicep which i made it on december.i've been 9 months out of the gym,i gained some fat,my muscles lost their volume??-(i can't find the word)-(especially the left side,shoulder,tricep and bicep).now it's been 2 months that i am back to the gym.i am 24 years old,6 feet 2 height and 172 lbs.does anyone has anything to reccomend or have some special program for my case?thnks anyway
