    decent bulker with tren

    Hey ppls,

    I'm looking at starting a bulk cycle in a few weeks, and I' having a tricky time deciding which way to go.. Going to kickstart with some anadrol I have sitting around, start out with test and _something_ and then finish with tren..

    I've my last cycle was great, dbol kickstart, test deca and then tren, but because tren and deca are both 17-aa I started getting very slight nipp soreness.. I'm guessing the ideal combo for me would be drol/test/eq/tren, but eq is very hard to get around here.. Anyone played with this type of combo before? Any ideas on what to run other that deca/eq??

    34.. 5'11".. 83Kg.. Around 11%.. about 6 cycles.. pct exp enough I guess (Can you every really know too much? nolva, caber, clomid etc)... Training since mid 20's, diet down pat..

    I struggle a bit with putting on the right type of mass, and tend to stay very lean (to the point that I now have to get up and eat three boals of oats every morning..).. I get a hell of a lot of cardio every week which almost certainly doesn't help.. Clean protein intake is high high high..

    I believe you meant tren and deca are both 19-nor not 17aa
    If you know your running test and tren why do you think you need a third compound
    what are your more specific goals other than just bulking

    haha yes you're absolutely right.. my mistake.. I suppose i don't really need a third, just my last cycle went so well (apart from slight sides) that i was thinking another bulker in the mix would wash well.. Tren adds bulk and leaves me shredded but I'm a bit low on mass right now, guess I'm just being greedy lol... Anadrol should be plenty as a launchpad..

    Eating too much crap leaves me just a bit paranoid ahaha

    well not busting your chops but if you've done 6 cycles and weigh only 182lbs I would consider eating the kitchen sink

    What does your diet look like

    I'm a competitive squash player, not so much a bb.. I put it on, and then tend to lose it again over summer...

    atm, high low gi carbs throughout the day, high protein, medium fats.. About 8 meals, and i keep them clean (no junk).. I don't live by a strict schedule most of the time..

    I can attempt to break it down into meals if you really want.. They're pretty-much the norm however..

    well thats up to you but you tell me a lot when you say " I put it on then tend to loose it" This tells me your not eating properly to sustain your gains and your diet isn't as in check as you believe it to be.

    Yeah you're right... I need to eat more.. I aim for strength and speed though, not just strength... It's hard to find a balance when I train so much.. =/

    a high impact cardio sport like squash wont help with maintaining mass
