    Noob from Aus

Hey guys noob here from Australia. I have been working out 3 times a week for the last 6 months. Last month I stepped up to 5 days a week and have really improved my diet I know weigh 215 pounds @ 6'4. I am about to start using Winstrol and was looking for a good 5 day split workout routine. I want to make sure I have Bench, Squats and Deadlifts in there. If someone could point me in the direction of where I can find a good 5 day split that would be awesome. Very interested to see the amount of reps and sets used. Thanks in advance

aas cycle is not a wonder fix if u dont have a natural base mate. work on your training naturally and gather more knowledge before u start any cycle.

What gives people the impression a cycle will turn them into a unit?

the end results that people see from top athletes. when well known sportsmen are busted for aas use, people have the assumption that anyone can be like them just as long as they engage in aas. however, the reality is, aas is an aid to train harder and not a substitute for pushing your body above the natural limit!

I have done weights on and off since i was 14 but have been constant over the last 6 months. my 1 max reps are Bench Press: 295 pounds, Squat: 360 pounds, Deadlift: 395 pounds. I am struggling atm to increase these have been stuck at them recently and have platued it seems. I am looking for defintion and strength now and have heard Winstrol is good for both also I have access to it.

Welcome mate! Follow the advice of those in front of me, you'll do fine. Remember to be patient. Miracles don't happen overnight. And they don't come in a chemical bottle either.

not trying to put u down in any way mate. but for a 215 pounds frame, i reckon u got heaps more natural potential to bump up your strength before using aas. i reckon u should look at mixing up your programs so to allow a change in muscle memory which will in turn increase your strength level.

i guess everyone's body reacts to muscle and strength growth differently. but i'm sitting on 172 pounds and 1RM for bench is 363 pounds, squats is 385 pounds. these strength levels are all aas-free and i only do weights 3x/week. the rest of the days, i'm doing plyometrics and speed work.

i reckon u wanna look at benching at least 1.5x your body weight and squatting 2x your body weight before even considering aas mate.
