Hey guys noob here from Australia. I have been working out 3 times a week for the last 6 months. Last month I stepped up to 5 days a week and have really improved my diet I know weigh 215 pounds @ 6'4. I am about to start using Winstrol and was looking for a good 5 day split workout routine. I want to make sure I have Bench, Squats and Deadlifts in there. If someone could point me in the direction of where I can find a good 5 day split that would be awesome. Very interested to see the amount of reps and sets used. Thanks in advance![]()
