    Exclamation M-drol Cycle?

    Stats:
    Age:22
    Height:6'0"
    Weight:165
    No Previous family medical history
    Healthy "clean diet"
    Lifting experience: 3+ Years
    Dropped from 230lbs: 20% BF to 165 lbs 10%BF
    Current Goal:Bulking

    Open to an suggestions or criticism, want to start an M-drol cycle as it looks right now here is what I have set up.

    Week 1-2 (1 serving ed)

    Vitamin B6 (As Pyridonxine Hcl) 10.5 Mg

    Alongside a protein rich diet, something like
    40%Carbs
    40%Protein
    20%Fats
    Plenty of water 1 1/2 gallons per day. Cranberry Juice(I hear has good benefits)
    Workout days
    M, T, Th, F
    20 mins Cardio on Wed.
    Sat & Sun-OFF

    Any suggestions or improvments that can be made would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

    This is very impressive

    Current Goal:Bulking
    Ok, now, you are 6'0" 165lbs (which is an amazing drop, congrats). But, as you stated above, you have a Healthy "clean diet". There are many types of diets out there, each one desigend specifically for certain goals. Healthy food does not always mean ideal diet. You need to first start on a bulking diet. You know you have the will power to cut all the excess BF, now, use that will power to put on another 30 - 40 natural lbs of muscle mass.
    I commented on some the key issues above. Please note, now is not the time for you to start any cycles. Take it easy, and take it natural until your body has reached its max potential.

    Not too sound arrogant, but I've weighed the risks. And would still prefer to give this cycle a try. May sound stupid to some folks but it's my decision to try it out I just wanted some insight on the set-up I have. I've done some research and know a little bit about it. I just wanted an opinion from someone of a higher caliber. not too be told this isn't a good idea to do. I appreciate your thoughtfullness though dont let that go unsaid but I'm intent on trying this cycle and just wanted some input as to where I should make any changes. Thank you again.

    There are so many reasons why you shouldnt be using anything except food, listen to the advice already given, your going to make things even worse for yourself.

    You won't recieve any advice.

    One of the favorite sayings is 'i won't advise someone to do the wrong thing, the right way'. And it seems harsh, but for every 1 person that does cycle the wrong way, 99 are stopped.

    Please put on some more mass naturally, and check back in a year, a year is not a long time, you could do so much, and be so much more ready.
