Things are not looking "up" after being treated in the E.R. for a 16 hour case of priapism. They drained and injected me then sent me home the next day. This happened 6-15-10. I cannot get fully erect but can ejaculate. Is it too soon to be back or am i screwed forever? Will Cialis help? Doc said Test would only help my libido and besides i would get prostate cancer if i used it. I would appreciate any help. I am only 42 and cannot live like this much longer.

Tony, how are things going now? Any improvements? I'm not a urologist but have found some interesting data with nightly use of pde5 inhibitors restoring spontaneous erections and potentially reducing scar tissues. Please see the following studies. Additionally, maybe a pump such as the bathmate might be helpful. Please keep us updated on your progress.
