I just made a delivery to one of our dentists and on the way out I held the door for this girl on her cell phone carrying a bag and she was in complete shock, she almost had to stutter a thank you. Then she actually makes the effort to tell her friend that "a guy just held the door for her"... followed by a "yah he's cute, looks like he works out"

So whats the deal boys? I get this look several times a week... are the doors getting too heavy for you meatheads?

I was raised to be a gentleman. I hold doors for everyone whether they be old, young, girl, or guy. I dont even notice. If i am coming in and someone is leaving i usually step to the side and hold the door for them so they can walkthrough first.

I hate it though that i do this everytime and then you get people who are walking out three feet in front of you and just let the door come to slam back on you. I usually say thank you after everytime they do that
