been lifting for 5 or 6 years now (who's counting lol). started out at about 140 and got myself over 170 with a solid diet and training program. about 2 years into the game, i decided to go on a cycle of test/deca to see what it was like. i was happy with the results at the time - i kept on about 15lbs after pct. but honestly, i've done WAY better with proper nutrition and training since then. i think most people on the juice don't know dick about proper nutrition, and i was one of 'em.
i've had my ups and downs, took lots of time off, gained and lost weight, etc. right now i'm a solid/ripped 165. i'd like to get on another cycle (now that i TRULY know how to maximize my results on it) to help me get up to around 190, and then plan cutting down to around 175ish and maintaining for a while. i used to post on the bodybuilding.com steroid forum (when i cycled) but that has since been canned, so i'm here! and by the looks of it...i picked a great forum to polish up on![]()
