I'd say 32.
If i'm on the right track here, then that sounds about right to me. Can I ask how you arrived at that number?
24-26
My old culinary textbook says 8 oz. cooked is 54g protein, I halved that. Haha.
EDIT: 64g

because i used to try and memorize proteins by weight for diff food
Here's where i'm going with all of this. We know that meat in general has about 6g of protein per oz. As I understand it, that's RAW weight. Take a 4oz portion of raw chicken breast - 24g of protein. Cook it and it will yield approx. 3 - 3.5oz. Do you still have 24g of protein? I would say yes. In my experience (and this is VERY loose), For every 4oz cooked you lose about an oz... so 4oz raw = 3oz - 3.5oz cooked.
It's just very frustrating trying to get protein macros right - like most of you I cook my food in bulk, so I cannot measure raw. I try and eat a portion of chicken breast that's 36g of protein - if all above is correct that means it would have to have been 6oz when it was raw. Hmm... it's close.
