hi all.
been training for many years on and off, want to have a good go at it this time.
i have a good training routine, but need some help with a diet as i have a hard time understanding the protein / carb split , meals to eat etc....
if someone can offer some advise in clear english i would greatly appreciate it.
i am 6 foot tall, 195lbs, train 5 days per week.
any info would be appreciated.
