    Muscle on women

    HI

I have been doing bodybuilding for 3 years and now i started using steroids. iam fully aware of its side effects and iam satisfied with the progress . my wife has also been working out with me for a year(she didnt use steroids) . now iam planning to start a beginners cycle for my wife(anavar and winstrol stack). but she doesnt want to develop muscular arms and chest because it will reduce her breast size and create a less feminine look. however she wants to develop her legs(thighs and calves). so she plans to work out only her lower body parts(quads, hamstring and calves). she wont work out her upper body at all. my question is..

will her upper body muscles develop?(because of a chemical effect alone). or will it remain as muscular as it is now(by the end of the cycle)?

The muscles won't develop if your not working them. She will put on some water weight and she may get a few side effects. Personally, I respect women who lift and I respect women who BB and the dedication it takes but I don't find anything attractive about it.

I'll stay the big one, you stay a little chick and that's a happy medium to me.

    But to each his own.

Most leg exercises worth doing are compound movements and will ultimately involve other muscles to some extent whether it be to stabilize, grip, etc.

an easier way to go about this might be to not take steroids. is your wife going to compete? from what you described in your post, it seems like a pretty asinine reason for your wife to take steroids.

i hope you exhausted every path in diet and training before taking steroids yourself and i hope your wife does the same.

^^^ i agree, I would look more at twiking her leg program, it really sound like she is happy with her look, if she has developed well in the upper body and not the legs, change the leg program (at least try before going for juice)
